Shipment Terms:

We offer worldwide delivery.

The shipping price is formed based on total parcel weight and country of destination.

Since we are located in Tiflis, Georgia, our products are sent with one of 3 couriers, based on the country of destination:

1. Boxette

This is our primary delivery method for the majority of the world.

Basically, we will use Boxette delivery UNLESS you are in either Israel or one of the CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine or Uzbekistan).

The price of your delivery is based on your location and the total weight of the package. The weight of every item is shown in the product’s description:

The prices are as follows:

NOTE: Delivery to South America takes ~ 2 months.

2. CDEK

CDEK delivers to all CIS countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan

3. Special case: Israel

Only Georgian Postal Service delivers to Israel. It is expensive, so please, contact us before making a purchase to learn the rates for your specific order. Contact us at bilelika@mail.ru (or use the contact form here: Contacts | Bilelika).

DHL option is also available. We calculate its rates on demand, so contact us at bilelika@mail.ru (or use the contact form here: Contacts | Bilelika) to learn them for your specific order (note: they are extremely expensive in Georgia, so we recommend you stick to the above options).

Each completed item in our catalogue has weight among its attributes, so you can calculate shipping service fees before checking out. The final delivery cost will also be listed during the check out process.
