1. What’s the usual production time?

3 days, but it might take longer if your order is large (over 10 items) or if the items are complex. If you want to make certain, you can always contact us at bilelika@mail.ru (or use the contact form here: Contacts | Bilelika).

2. How long does the delivery usually take?

Boxette usually delivers within a month (to USA). Delivery within Europe is faster. South America takes around 1-1.5 months.

3. How do I calculate the delivery price?

The delivery price is calculated automatically during the checkout process. It takes into consideration both your address and the total parcel weight. If you’d like to verify the latter, you can refer to our price tables on our Delivery (link) page and calculate it yourself using the collective weights of items you’re ordering.

4. Where can I describe the specifics of my custom order when making a purchase?

When you order something from our “To Order” catalogue, during checkout you will see this peachy comment field at the very bottom:

Simply write there your wishes regarding material, color and size like so:

item 101-34 – metallic red spandex body, black mesh insets, size L

item 100-00 – green, size M

… and so on.

NOTE: Check availability of fabrics in our inventory tracker: Fabrics/Colors | Bilelika

If the facbric is colored red there, it means it’s currently unavailable!

5. Can I send you an artwork, a photo, a sketch or a description of what kind of design I want to commission?

Of course! We’d be happy to help you realize the design of your dreams!

Simply send us an email at bilelika@mail.ru (or use the contact form here: Contacts | Bilelika) and we’ll discuss the design, the price, manufacturing time and every other important aspect of the process.

6. Where can I learn, what materials and colors the studio has access to right now?

You can check the availability of fabrics in our inventory tracker: Fabrics/Colors | Bilelika

If the facbric is colored red there, it means it’s currently unavailable!

7. What if I see that the material or color I wanted my custom order to use is currently unavailable?

If the material or color is a deal breaker for you but you’d still be happy to commission us were it available, then send us an email at bilelika@mail.ru (or use the contact form here: Contacts | Bilelika) with a request to put you on the waiting list. We’re keeping track of such requests and will contact you the moment we have the fabric you desire.

Returns or exchanges are only acceptable in cases of defects or items not fitting their description.
